New! Shipping Address Library

A new feature has been added to our checkout process. Registered users may now store multiple shipping addresses with their account. If you would like to register, begin to checkout as normal. On the bottom of the Billing Address page, you will see a section "Would you like to save this information to be remembered on your next visit?" Just create a case-sensitive password, enter it in the textbox, and click 'Continue'. Now you are a registered user! On the next visit to our site, you will see the shipping address used for your previous order (if different from your Billing Address) as well as an 'Enter New Address' button in the Shipping Address section. You may save as many Shipping Addresses as you like in your library. You're also able to delete or edit old addresses.

Production Time

• Our signs are made within 24 hours of the time they're ordered. (Excluding Sat & Sun).
• If for some reason there is a delay in creating your sign, we will attempt to contact you immediately.
• If you place your order on Friday and choose Next Day shipping, your poster will be set to arrive on Monday. FedEx Saturday delivery is often available (at an extra charge) for orders being shipped out on Friday. If you want Saturday delivery, be sure to specify when you place your order or call us at 800-347-2744.
• Also keep in mind Graphicsland is closed on Saturday-Sunday; we may not be able to assist you over the weekend if there is a problem. Please plan ahead!!

Shipping via FedEx

We ship via FedEx. Signs are rolled up in a sturdy cardboard tube packaged in a box. Standard Ground Shipping will take up to 6 business days. FedEx Saver Shipping takes up to 4 business days depending on your distance from Chicago. Delivery times are in addition to production time.

Shipping costs shown above are approximate for one sign. Additional signs will increase the shipping cost. Actual shipping costs depend on the number and size of signs in your order. Your shopping cart will show an estimate of your shipping cost based on the signs you're ordering.

Tracking: When your order has shipped, you will be emailed your tracking number. You can track FedEx shipments at www.fedex.com

International Shipping: For shipping outside the continental US, we will email the shipping costs and options to you.

Pick Up

If you're in the Chicago area, you can pick up at our facility. Our office hours are Mon – Fri, 8AM – 5PM. We are closed on the weekends and on major Holidays. Map and driving directions can be found on the Contact Us page of our website.
