Wrong size

I took a picture of the sticker on a jar lid to indicate what I wanted. You sent/made what was in the picture. Had it been 2” as I requested, I could have used them, but they are not, so they don’t fit the lid. I would hope we could work something out on another order. I did try to order more , but it would not accept my CC. Please advise if there is anything we can work out. Thank you Scott Tomlinson
