They turned out well, but I realize the size I chose won't fit into a #10 envelope, and the next size down is too small. Do you have anything around 2.5 " wide that will fit in a #10 envelope?

This is the only company that I have ever used for custom bumper stickers, so I don't have much to go by, but I have found them to be overall very effective and pleasant to work with. They work error-free, the proofs are evidently done by experienced layout designers, and they provide excellent shipping (a nice, cardboard envelope so the stickers don't get bent.)
