I ordered a bumper sticker but was at work during the proof approval window, so I wasn't able to examine it in detail. It came out very nicely, but the text ended up being too small to read from a normal distance. I told the company and asked how much it would cost to redo it in a larger size, and they replaced it for free, not counting the small cost difference between sticker sizes. The new one arrived today and looks perfect; very happy with the whole process, and especially grateful that they bore the cost of my mistake.
