Every 4th label is messed up & I'd like a replacement

I've been ordering from you for years & never had this issue. I ordered a roll of 250 labels ,& every 4th label is completely messed up. This are my business labels & I paid alot of money for labels I can't even use ! I'd like a replacement roll sent to me
