Customer Service was that great

I’ve been in business for many years and have worked with several marketing companies. Unfortunately, this company provided the least customer service and assistance throughout the process. While the quality of the stickers themselves was actually great, the proofing stage was unclear. As a first-time customer, I misunderstood the sizing confirmation, and when I received the labels, they were double the size intended due to a double selection during proofing.

Very helpful! I was trying to copy an old sticker I had and the image was not that good. They helped me through it and made me some great quality stickers! I will definitely be purchasing again!

Sticker came out just as it appeared on the website.

In ordering, I failed to note the size of the font, as well as the fact that the colors I chose may not be visible on my label. Other than that, the labels are fine. next time, I'd like to order same, but with larger font and darker ink so that people can actually READ the label. Is there a way to have someone look it over next time to make suggestions?

I used this company for the first time, and the experience exceeded expectations! While searching online I stumbled upon this company. The website was easy to navigate and made ordering simple. When I needed to request adjustments to the proof, I called, fully expecting to be on hold forever, and instead I actually spoke to a real person who was helpful, accommodating, and friendly. Their team was responsive, went above and beyond, and handled the edits fast and accurately. Our order arrived promptly, and the competitive pricing was an added bonus (as a non-profit my organization is super conscious of pricing). Exceptional service and value and I (and my organization) highly recommend them. We will absolutely use them again in the future for other needs!

The print quality is good and the BOPP material is good but the sticker backing is very delicate and rips easily on my label applicator machine. It causes constant frustration. I am disappointed because they were very quick to ship which is what I was looking for but the frustration with the paper backing constantly ripping when applying labels will likely drive me to another brand unfortunately.
