Melanie and Jordyn were most helpful when my original order appear to be lost during shipment Melanie assured me a replacement order would be made and sent out via UPS without the USPS being used in the delivery. Jordyn made sure the order was remade and sent out ASAP. The replacement was delivered as promised and on time.
