Quick Turnaround

After my previous review, Jenna from customer service contacted me, she could not find the email I sent requesting a change . She offered to refund my money or reprint the stickers with a new image. I did tell her I was not trying to get something for free I was just unhappy with the look. The stickers are a good quality, and they did have very fast turnaround. So I've upgraded my previous review with this one. Jenna from customer service was very quick and helpful which is refreshing. I received the email to review the proof they sent. I requested they try to change the image a little or let me upload a new one (as it could have been caused by the image I uploaded) but never heard back from them. The next afternoon it said they were being processed and shipped. I again tried to contact someone to no avail. The stickers came quickly, the order submitted on 12/28 and I received them yesterday. I would have given 5 stars for the quick turnaround and the sticker quality, but the communication and look is not what I was hoping for.
