I'm impressed with every aspect of MakeStickers. The fast response to my order. The art department found a way to make my labels stand out more on my bottles that was totally unexpected and appreciated. The quality of labels with a permanent glue was perfect. It was easy to apply as my previous labels from another company without permanet glue. It was shipped and received as fast as promised. I couldn't be more happy with my experience.

Labels turned out good. Very happy with them, will definitely be using them for future orders. Only issue I had was the customer service that helped when we had a font size issue. While I appreciate them letting us know of the sizing error, the rep I spoke to made me feel like I was an inconvenience while I fixed the issues. Felt like I was talking to a robot. While I know that’s not a huge issue for others, we are all about building relationships, great ones at that. This was not a great first impression and I just hope in the future we are not stuck with Jordyn if we have any label issues.
