we were not prepared

The artwork we had was a hand drawn logo. It did not transfer well and needs some electronic re-working and that is why I gave it 3 stars. I did not realize that the proof would be exactly how the finished product would look. We've used this art for other things and have not had this much difference in the finished product. So I suggest to anyone reading this review to make sure your art is precisely how you want it to turn out.
