poor quality from material to image

Sticker would NOT adhere smoothly despite numerous attempts. The sticker material was stiff and the photo looked washed out and grainy. Will definitely not order again. I received a refund.

The customer service is excellent. My order did not arrive due to a problem with USPS, and unfortunately this is an issue for a lot of businesses. The postal service has become unreliable.
