So, the stickers are awesome. The print is super clear, the colors are vibrant, and they are all really consistent. But what I really appreciated was how awesome the customer service was. Jordyn reached out to me when she saw that I had placed two separate orders. I mis-clicked on the quantity, and ended up placing a second order to get as many as I needed. When I explained what I had done, she refunded me the difference! I didn't expect that, and it really made my day. As soon as this order arrived, they were so nice and I was so impressed by the customer service that I placed a second order for some die-cut stickers in a different design right away. (They are awesome too! And what great turnaround time!) Anyway, I have recommended you guys to friends who were impressed with the stickers. I'll for sure use you all in the future too! The check out process for the stickers was nice and easy. We got a proof really quickly and once approved they got printed and shipped quickly as well. We were provided tracking information on our order which is always a plus. Stickers arrived neatly packaged and we were pleasantly surprised to see they gifted us some extra stickers into our box. Great! At first was skeptical, but i left instructions in the box and they sent me proofs of all the stickers to review before finalizing and I was pleasantly surprised that there actually was someone to read the special instructions and moved the picture and words to be placed in the correct position! I did this for both the oval and the circle stickers. Beyond that, the quality of the stickers are also good!

There was a slight misunderstanding, on my part, when initially approving the proofs for my stickers so they didn't exactly come out the way I expected they would. But, the representative I met with to pick up my order took care of my concern and made the adjustment I sought without any problems and I was able to pick up the stickers just a short time later!
