Again great quality but glossy and I need matte finish. Sadly glossy wont work for me.

The quality is very good. Picture looks great however I wanted a matte finish and received glossy. It wont work for my application unfortunately.

The product was perfect and produced in timely fashion. The best part was the customer service provided by Holly as UPS and FedEx both did not provide delivery. Once it was clear we had a problem with shipping she made amends and reshipped so I would have for 2 events I have this weekend.
