Shipping wasn’t accurate

So i ordered some stickers. The customer service was great. In timely manner. They shipped the product fast as well. But my rating is based on the arrival of my product. I was supposed to receive the stickers on 12/10/21 and i have the event on 12/11/21. I thought i would have 1 day to receive my stickers and make my favors but it didnt come on time and when i checked the tracking it stated the my stickers will arrive the day after my event and I received the notification on 12/10/21 at 5pm. So now m left with nothing.
