Stickers are fine. Customer service needs attention.
We provide free skin cancer screenings for underserved and at risk communities. We responded multiple times to the company’s invitation to have 501c3 charities contact them about special pricing and partnerships which is prominently displayed on their web site. They never responded. That was disappointing. We proceeded with multiple orders at full price. If you are going to give the appearance that you support charities like ours, please review the communication process so that we at least get a response.
