I ordered stickers with a tight turnaround and saw on the tracking update that they had arrived, but when I checked, they actually hadn’t—there was a UPS error. I reached out through chat and explained the situation to Holly. She immediately offered to ship a replacement overnight to make sure I had them on time. That level of support was above and beyond. In the end, the original package was found on the truck, but her willingness to act quickly and make it right meant a lot. The ordering process itself—from uploading the design to receiving the proof—was quick and seamless. I’ll definitely be back for future orders.
