Great options
Make Stickers offers great options on making your own sticker. As I looked around, their stickers did cost more to make here than they did on some other sites, but the greater amount of options on the shape and look of the sticker made it worth it.

The print quality is pretty high but could be a little sharper (Fuzz around the edge, etc.) Still, the cutout and general quality were better than I expected.
