Great customer service

I had ordered some die cut stickers for my plumbing company and received them right on schedule. Once I opened the box I could see one of the colors was inverted. It was a minor issue but an issue none the less. I emailed them to let them know of the issue. With in thirty minutes I had a response and had new stickers set to reprint. Really helpful staff ready to make it right. Can't ask for more than that. Accidents happen but it's how you handle them that sets you a part. Oh and the second set loooked great. I would order them again.
