I ordered the same design in about 5 different colors asking for a transparent background and only 1 color came in with the transparent background the rest are Black, chrome, anything but transparent.

I am sending this email regarding my recent order. I ordered 1.5inx2.5in stickers however they printed at 1.25inx2.5in . I was wondering if there was a reason they printed out this way because they are too small for what I need. Additionally, if the stickers could be rectangular instead of a die-cut, then that would be great. Thank you in advance!
