Wrong size

Ordered stickers for a work event but they arrived much smaller than I expected. Since the work event has passed and I no longer need the stickers I was told I couldn’t get a refund. I did approve the sample but was not informed they changed the size because it looked better smaller. Not a huge deal since it was only a $50 order but disappointed that they won’t refund or try and make us new ones

My stickers were not diecut. It came with a white border.
