Paid for the extra fast shipping since I had a pretty tight deadline for an event and they came in 4 days late. Left a voicemail and emailed customer support and no answer or responses. Update- I just saw that I did get a refund. Weird I didn’t get any updates, so thank you for accommodating the refund.
