Overall I really like the service and it is a great value. I couldn't quite go with 5 stars because a noob like me was able to make a mistake and end up with something a bit different than I expected. I did get what I ordered though and it was delivered quickly and was well made, but I started on the transparent sticker page and followed a link to customized stickers where I ended up with letters on a white background. Seeing the proof, I got exactly what the proof displayed, but not knowing how things worked, I thought the white background was the paper backing behind a transparent sticker. My mistake. Next time I won't make assumptions and I'll ask. The link from transparent to custom however was a bit misleading for the uninitiated.

Great product and service!

I ordered only days ahead of a party, paid a really reasonable fee to expedite, and received a fantastic product one day early. I had originally submitted an order with a low-res photo and did not realize it, and customer service was awesome at getting that corrected with me. The stickers were a hit for a milestone birthday party. Will definitely order here again.
