Need Lessons in Customer Service

The style sticker that I have been ordering for the last couple of times was discontinued. Instead of someone from the company calling me to inform me that my style sticker was no longer available and that they would need to change the style they just shipped the new style without consulting me. When I called to speak with the customer service department regarding receiving the wrong sticker they then informed me of the changes and told me that if the sticker wouldn't work for my application they would issue credit. When I said it would have been nice to have a call in advance to know know that my original order, with the product that I ordered and paid for, was changed I was told that they have thousands of customers and that's just not something that's possible. Not an acceptable answer for me. As you could imagine I'm looking for a new manufacturer for my product. Unfortunate since I would like to keep my business local but I do believe firmly in quality customer service.
