Outstanding Customer Service

I received incredible customer service from Make Stickers. My order was made quickly and shipped via UPS. Unfortunately, UPS lost the package, and it was never received. After giving it an extra week to arrive, I contacted customer service. She apologized (certainly not their fault) and said she'd get the reprinted quickly and expedite shipping...which she did. I received them today! Their customer service is a true example of a professional company that truly cares about its customers!
