I received a request to call about my order and when spoke to the rep she said my artwork was not a high resolution. I told her that these were samples for the coach so please print anyway. However, when I received them I was pleasantly surprised to see how clear and sharp they were. I had expected the image to be a bit blurry. It was NOT. Thank you very much. Now, I have to wait until the Final Four and meetings are over with to have a sit down with the coach. I will be ordering soon; just don't know which design yet! Thank You.
