Fine for the price

I ordered stickers for some short-notice packaging needs at my company. They came fast and the sticker quality was good, however the design itself was quite grainy on the stickers. It was not an issue of the design we uploaded - that was a 300 dpi vector image, but what we received back seemed to have color grain or noise added to it. They are fine for what we need them for for the moment, but I probably wouldn't order again unless I could be reassured this was a one time issue.

Color seems off

I've ordered from you before, and thought I was getting the same color red. This batch is closer to a PMS 185 or 186. I was expecting more like a 202. I don't like this color.
