I submitted an image I had tried resizing myself, and knew I would need assistance on it. When I returned the first mock-up, I left a comment describing what I was trying to do. The person who re-worked the sticker for me was so helpful and did exactly what I wanted (but hadn't been able to do myself)! I appreciated it so much and will always get any special stickers (gifts, items for sale, etc.) from this site.
