I don’t know what happened, but I did not get what I asked for and what I approved

I ordered glitter stickers. I had to revise the proof and I approved the second one, but what I have received in the mail is not at all what I had asked for an approved. I ordered glitter stickers, and I’m looking at a weird flat sticker with zero glitter and a strange print. I really don’t understand what went wrong.
