Beautiful and Fantastic Customer Service

I purchase a lot online but I’ve never experienced better service from a company, especially the kind, helpful, and patient chat member, Melanie. She talked me through the particulars, I uploaded my art twice to make sure the resolution was high enough, had a quote and proof within an hour and a couple of hours later, I had shipping and tracking information for a three day delivery. MakeStickers Rocks!

First of all, thank you. I really liked the quality of the stickers and how easy it was to peel and stick it. I ordered labels for a bottle of wine that I made, I was concerned that it might lose it’s adhesive once moist gets into it. I’m very much impressed that it didn’t. It’s holding on pretty well. I only ordered 2 but you guys threw in 2 extra ones and I really do appreciate that. I posted a video on TikTok about my winemaking process and a lot of people pointed out how the labels made it so much better, we all liked the sticker. Tagged you guys on it! Check it out! The quality of the stickers are great. I thought I was ordering the same oval size (4 X 6) as the previous ones but found they are skinnier. Not sure my membership will enjoy them. I'll have to be more careful.
