PSD file Effects ignored

I recently had a job of 50 stickers and provided the file as a PSD and the resultant print job left off the outline stroke effects that were active in the PSD file. I don't know if it was an issue with different versions of Photoshop used by your firm versus my older CS5.1 version. Dissappointed regardless.

I created a custom size order and it was *perfect *. It was my fourth attempt at ordering these (not from this company) and the qr code kept arriving either uncentered, cropped incorrectly or the code was distorted. These. Are. Perfect. Tysm 🤍
