I changed my sticker proof three times and each time I spoke to an English-as-a-first-language human being. The phone was answered promptly. The issue was dealt with professionally and pleasantly. Super easy process from start to finish! I uploaded my JPG, received a proof within an hour, asked for some changes, received the new proof within a few hours. Felt like I was communicating with a real person, not AI. Decided I needed to make a change to the JPG. Uploaded a new JPG the next day, had a proof within an hour, got my stickers a week later. Awesome company!! Already reordered!!
