Great quality, terrible process

This is the first time I've had any issues with makestickers. In all other orders I've had great support and clarification and an excellent product. For whatever reason, this time I ordered 2 different stickers in 2 different sizes and one sticker that was updated kept also replacing the other image. Twice. If I hadn't rechecked, I would have paid for the same image in two different sizes. Not really sure why or how, but I haven't had any other issues outside of this order.
