I didn't receive my order, yet . Is it still out for delivery

Not legible

So I had originally denied the first proof but you folks msg me to let me know that if i download the pdf file and zoomed that the print would indeed be legible- so I did as soon as told and it definitely was legible after i downloaded the pdf file and viewed it so I went ahead and approved it. However, I just received the order and some of the words are blurry and not able to read.
