I ordered stickers with a tight turnaround and saw on the tracking update that they had arrived, but when I checked, they actually hadn’t—there was a UPS error. I reached out through chat and explained the situation to Holly. She immediately offered to ship a replacement overnight to make sure I had them on time. That level of support was above and beyond. In the end, the original package was found on the truck, but her willingness to act quickly and make it right meant a lot. The ordering process itself—from uploading the design to receiving the proof—was quick and seamless. I’ll definitely be back for future orders.

Omgosh I’m SOO stoked that I found inkwave when I did. They’re going to be my go-to for all our future labeling needs for our herbal and aromatherapy products. I got a sample pack of 10 2x2 sticker labels for my natural perfumery roll-on bottles - and lemme tell ya - I’m beyond impressed at how absolutely clear every letter and every detail came out. I just wish I’d found them sooner. I had recently ordered from another pretty well known brand and wow, they pale in comparison to the ones I just received! Don’t hesitate, they’re amazing!
