I used your service last year for a function and decided to try it again this year. However, I couldn't find the layout I wanted in a square shape. I easily contacted someone on your website through chat and they instructed me on how to get the layout I wanted: Use my previous oval layout, but describe I want it a square in the additional instructions. I was sent the proof to view the next day and they nailed it! It was exactly how I wanted my sticker to look. Thank you again! I will continue to use your service for future needs.

A few stickers weren't cut correctly and we were unable to use them for what we needed then for! Other than that they were pretty good!
