They followed up with care and to remind me they were there when I was ready. Once the issue was resolved on my end, they were prompt at fulfilling the order and the labels turned out perfect! I am sending this email regarding my recent order. I ordered 1.5inx2.5in stickers however they printed at 1.25inx2.5in . I was wondering if there was a reason they printed out this way because they are too small for what I need. Additionally, if the stickers could be rectangular instead of a die-cut, then that would be great. Thank you in advance!
