Great experience

It was my first time ordering. The website was easy to use to design my sticker. After my initial design I decided to make a change to the size. I used the phone and talked to a support person who was able to help me out and even offered me better options. Stickers arrived faster than promised too. Will definitely use again.

Arrived with border we did not ask for

We order from you all the time from 2 separate accounts because I work for 2 non-profits, and until now are always thrilled with the results. This time, however, all 3 arrived with a white border around the edge of the image instead of full-bleed to the edge. We did not ask for that and did not notice it on the proofs (or at least it isn't clear that it has a white border) and didn't even think that was an option because it has never happened before. We have gone back through the process and cannot see where a border is even an option so we are concluding that someone added it without asking. Ironically, we actually think it looks fine on the oval one, but not the two rectangle ones. This has been a super disappointing experience in an otherwise very positive relationship.
